from A to Z. *是开始字母A到最后一个字母Z，即“从开始到最后”、“完全”的意思。

始终/一直/一贯

all long *用于“从一开始我就说过吧”等句子中，表示“从开始就……”。
So, she is married. (所以，她结婚了。)
I've been telling you that all along. (我从一开始就告诉你了。)
