I spent a lot of time getting ready for him. I wanted to be perfect, so I had the works. I had my nails done, both a manicure and a pedicure, and my hair done, and my makeup done by a salon downtown. I had bought all new, very sexy lingerie and a beautiful new dress, too.
I felt a little silly in my jeans and tank top, with my hair done and all made up and perfumed, but when I got home and stripped, the effect was better. When I put on my silk panties and satin bra, I began to feel more feminine. I slid my thigh-highs up my legs and slipped into a pair of ivory silk heels. Now the effect was much better. I really looked good. And when I slid my slinky slip down over my breasts, I really began to feel pretty. Last, I slipped into my new chiffon cocktail dress. It had a swirly skirt that should look great on a dance floor. I so hoped he would like me.
I had been looking at Simon since he came to work for our company about three weeks ago. I hoped he didn't notice my staring, but I'm sure he did. He is so handsome! I just couldn't take my eyes off him. Whenever he walked by my desk, I gazed after him, dreamily imagining all sorts of romantic episodes. Then yesterday, he stopped at my desk and started to talk to me. I was so flustered, I'm sure I made a fool of myself ten times over. But he wound up asking me to go dancing with him. I went right out last night and bought a new wardrobe, and I took this afternoon off for a total makeover. I didn't sleep very well last night. I just kept imagining myself in his arms.
When my doorbell rang, my heart skipped a beat. I opened it, and there he was. My breath caught in my throat. He was even more handsome all dressed up! From behind his back, he took a single rose and held it out to me. I just melted! He was so sweet! I put it in water, then we hurried out to the cab he had waiting. He took me to the Crystal Room, and we had dinner. He was very polite and very flattering, telling me how pretty my dress was, how nice it was to be with me, and I loved every word.
The Crystal Orchestra is famous. Their music is very soft and sweet. After dinner, he asked me to dance. He escorted me onto the dance floor, and put his arm around my waist. I felt an electric thrill. The touch of his hand in the small of my back was so warm and exciting! The music was so sensual that soon he was holding me very close, and I laid my head on his shoulder. I was in a romantic haze, under his spell. We danced and danced, and the evening vanished. Before I knew it, it was time to go. I wanted him to hold me forever, dance with me always, but the Crystal Room was closing, and we had to leave.
He suggested we take a little walk, and I agreed eagerly. I wanted him to stay with me as long as possible. I took his arm, and we strolled down the street in the warm spring air. My heels clicked prettily on the pavement, and I pressed my hip against his. He suggested we cut though a little park.
Soon the streetlights were behind us. The path through the park was shadowy, bathed in moonlight. The air was warm and scented with flowers. It was dreamy and very romantic. I saw a little bench in the shadow of a huge tree and suggested we sit for a moment. He sat close beside me and slipped his arm around my shoulders.
He gazed deep into my eyes, and I knew he could see my emotional attraction to him. "You are so beautiful, Loretta," he whispered. I realized that he was going to kiss me then, so I fluttered my lashes shut and parted my lips invitingly. His mouth touched my eager lips, kissing me tenderly. My arms slid around his neck, and I gave him a very loving kiss that I'm sure betrayed my deep desire. His arms tightened around me as he felt me respond. I melted against him, pressing my breasts against his chest, kissing him ardently. His strong hands moved sensually over my filmy chiffon dress, exciting me even more. My nipples were erect and hard. I was trembling in my panties. I could not think. I could only feel. I was utterly lost in the magic of his kiss.
As I stood at his side four months later, in my beautiful satin bridal gown, I looked at my love and smiled a secret smile, remembering that wonderful first kiss he gave me.
