A: You were certainly lucky to get tickets for this play. We had to have our reservations in weeks ago. B: Tom picked them up this afternoon. Someone had just phoned in a last minute cancellation. A: Where are you sitting? B: Way up in the first balcony. We can see and hear fine, though. Isn't it a wonderful performance? A: Oh, yes, the acting's good, but don't you think that the star's a little old for her part? From where we are in the orchestra, you can see every wrinkle on her face. B: That's why I like balcony seats. You don't lose the illusion. A: Oh, there's the buzzer. I'll see you after the show. Notes Phone in a cancellation 打电话取消预订座位 Orchestra 正厅 Buzzer 预备铃(剧场准备开演前) A:你能弄到这场演出的票子真是幸运。
